VEHICLE DROP OFF PROCEDURE A driver will meet you at your departing terminal, at the pre-booked time, where he will assist with your luggage, confirm your return details, and together with the driver you will check the condition of the car and sign a form to confirm these details. VEHICLE COLLECTION PROCEDURE Once you have collected your luggage, please call the office, who will then arrange for a driver to meet you with your vehicle. We are well known for our fast and prompt service therefore, the driver will be waiting outside the departures building before your exit.
We monitor all incoming flights to give us your exact landing time. So if your flight arrives earlier or later than expected or is even cancelled, we will already be aware of this and adjust the return time of your vehicle to the airport terminal.
